Making Great Chili:

The Ingredients:

4 Slices Nueske's Applewood Smoked- diced

1 Yellow Onion- diced

1 Red Bell Pepper - diced

Lots of Garlic - minced (depends on how much you like Garlic!)

One Pound Wagyu minced Beef

Chili Powder, Smoked Paprika, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper (again- as much as you like-premix in a bowl)

1.25 Cup Beef Broth

1 can each of Red Kedney Beans and Black Beans (drain the liquid)

1 can fire roasted tomatoes (with their liquid)

1 7ounce can green Chiles

Worcestershire Sauce.

Making the Chile

Add bacon bits to large pot- heat over medium heat

Add Onion and Red Pepper - cook to soften, 3-5 minutes

Add the Garlic -cook for 1 minute

Add the beef- break up and cook til browned- mixing well to blend ingredients

Add all the spices- mix well then add the broth followed by the beans and tomatoes- mix well

Bring to a boil for about 2 minutes and then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes

Serve with sour cream and shredded cheese
